Ansell are pleased to announce that Ansell Electrical Products Limited and Ansell (Sales & Distribution) Limited (collectively referred to as “Ansell”) have been acquired by Endo Lighting Corporation (“Endo”) of Japan. Ansell will now operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of Endo, but will continue to be run by its former shareholders.
Endo is a leading designer, manufacturer and seller of original lighting fixtures in Japan and internationally. The acquisition of Ansell will allow Endo to accelerate their international growth through the Ansell brand.
Ansell believe that Endo is the right home for them, being a family owned business (led by father and son) based on a culture of respect. The Endo reputation, LED expertise, R&D facilities and manufacturing capabilities will provide an excellent opportunity for everyone at Ansell.
