Decorative electrical wiring accessories, audio and lighting controls manufacturer Hamilton Litestat has announced the promotion of Jim Berry to UK Sales Director, effective from 1 January 2013.
Jim joined Hamilton in late 2011 as a regional manger, working mainly with architects, consultants and specifiers in the London area, using Hamilton’s dedicated area at The Building Centre as his central London base. His promotion to UK Sales Director will see Jim lead a team including a sales manager and area representatives throughout the UK to continue expanding the Hamilton brand with specifiers, electrical contractors and wholesalers.
Managing Director Ian Hamilton, commented: “Jim’s promotion is a great way for Hamilton to start 2013 after what was a challenging year for the whole industry. He is a big part of our future growth plans and will undoubtedly play a vital role in shaping the exciting plans we have for expanding the Hamilton brand. He’s an experienced sales person in the electrical industry and over the past year he’s proved a real asset to our company, securing several large contracts and helping to motivate others to do the same. We look forward to him leading by example and helping to drive forward our company.”
