GreenBrook has once again invested in providing customers with an assurance of quality after achieving the ISO9001 quality standard for its design and manufacturing operations.
The accreditation comes as a result of a significant time investment at GreenBrook over the past 18 months as all design and manufacturing processes and procedures were fully documented and implemented consistently across the business. It adds to the company’s existing ISO9001 accreditation for managing the supply chain, which has underpinned the quality of components used by GreenBrook for more than fifteen years. Going forward, the company will be audited for both accreditations in a single annual review to ensure that the team continues to uphold its current high standards.

That’s why we’ve worked hard to extend our ISO9001 accreditation to include our design and manufacturing activities, so that our customers can be 100% confident in everything they buy from us. The accreditation means that we not only have best practice processes in place but that we have been independently tested to ensure that we stick to them, making us a supplier that our customers can trust.”
